Prizee is an other problem. I will suggest you to create Event without Prizee and good events are more needed than rewards or prizee.

clan event is private event and have nothing to do with public.
however, once it come to the prize, it involved multiple rules especially on finance assist.
you should prepare your own guideline and rules for your clan event and admin. in case if any suspicions come in later on, you still have something to show and prove else it will just lead you to penalty or block. |

buddy, if i m not mistaken, your event was involved on big prize and Arctic was the one respond on your topic. he told that you should get approved from admin team.

And I was providing useful information.
Pang has, historically, deleted messages suggesting that a tournament organiser should more fully define the parameters of his event. I've run hundreds of tournaments myself, so I was surpised when that happened.
I just thought you should know.

so im gonna organise
a hunt event
the one with the highest wins will get few arts as gift
and also a tavern event where i collect participation fee
and i gift the winner
this would help the clan as well as the members
so is this legal? |

Read the General Rules carefully, make sure that nothing in your clan events remotely break the rules stated there, and you should be ok.
If you are not sure about something, ask here first.
A guideline (and not the absolute rule) - Try not to collect any fees if the event/activity is combat-related, and whatever prize you give, don't exceed the 'Gift' rule.
It's good that you are trying to do something to bring some excitement/activity to this server for your members, and hopefully keep the players' interest up.
Just watch the rules, don't break them, and all the best in your event(s) ! :) |
