maybe its because of .RU is more intresting and there are more achievments, but on .COM we see less achievments...

With the rule change for the Thief Guild, the lowering of Laborers' Guild Wages & the outrageously high AP requirements for most events or tournaments, the game has become quite tiresome.
Even though my main character (Zephyranna) has enough gold to keep her in Artifacts, I am reluctant to spend it because acquiring gold has become so difficult.
My 2nd Character (-Eleanora-) spends most of her time enrolling to save enough gold for artifacts. This is the case for my two characters on the Russian server too.
Spending most all of my play time enrolling isn't my idea of a fun game. Lowering the wage percentages has mostly ruined the game for me.

I don't think it has anything to do with rule changes, TG, LG or any others.
It's the lack of events and tournaments that's slowly draining the server population.
It is simply too boring to hunt, labor, thief and do ST over and over and over. |
what more did you have when you first joined ?
LG multiplier factor ? More stupid AI so easier hunts ?
don't be so negative people, the only BAD difference of old times is the Laborers' gold. I'll answer your question though, people leave this server 'cause too many people are talking ALWAYS for .ru and compare things. Then go to .ru 'cause it has more things. Do the admins have to close .ru to raise this server's population ? That's not a solution, the server's people are the server itself. Don't expect the server to be upgraded if you leave. Admins are in a better mood when upgrading something accepted by 100 players than for only 1 guy. Help them help you ! |

| Well, I envy those who enjoyed old laborers and thief guild rules, I started playing after those updates, so i propably never get to thief guild without donating( well, 2 YEARS 5 hours a day, no battles to get the 1000000 gold...). I am poor player because of lousy wages and expensive artifacts, I can afford only min ap, so no fun full ap battles. Smiths guild also useless and never profitable to new players. I just want to try old labourers guild and thieving, but... |
I think the better question is why did so many players start playing this game?
As many have said, it's about the lack of updates rather than the changes. If there were no updates when people started, then why do they want it now they have leveled up?
I see no real decrease (or increase) in number of players. It is just fear mongering. Server has been like this for years. |

1. Came in as a noob initially, liked lwm because u were enjoying many low-level privileges. (thinking that these privileges will stay there forever.)
2. When u level up to a certain level, u realised that some of these privileges were gone. Battles need mini AP. mini AP = equipments = gold. Then, you had finally realised that u did not have enough gold and had to abstain from group battles for quite some time to earn them.
3. You grumbled about losing these privileges but take it lightly as you know that in every game, the more you level up, the going gets tougher.
4. You had struggle for some time and finally achieved some "financially stability" for your character. Using the surplus gold you had, u decided to do a group battles. To save some, you put the battle description as "mini ap only" but then some jokers came in with full arts.
5. You thought to yourself, "Erm ok... This time I will lose to that guy who has full arts. I will save up more to get my full arts"
6. You had gotten your full arts and hosted a group battle after saving for quite some time. You participated in the full arts battle only to discover one of the many undiscovered factors affecting battles -- equipments enhancements.
7. You began to read almost everything in the help section. |

On this server 500 people actualy play, rest of them are either lever 6 or lower or campers with workaholic-penalty-must-win-fight basics...

Once any of you whiners reach T7 creatures in your mighty armies then I'll accept your opinion...

Simple as it is: you like the game, you play the game... You dislike the game, you erase quick link in your browsdr and begone...
