Imo, the purpose of the workaholic penalty is to get people to be more involved in other elements of the game rather than enrolling. Providing such a checker reduces the impact of its desired outcome. |

Anytime a character dispatches his or her workers to facilities 10 time in a row since the last victorious combat, workaholic penalty is enabled. Every next workshift leads to 20% efficiency drop. Efficiency is restored in full only if the character gets at least 0.5 faction skill points in a victorious combat. Otherwise, the counter of workshifts is diminished only in proportion to received faction skill points.

Firstly, have you tried cutting down on roulette? You are 70K down now.
Secondly, when the workaholic penalty it does so gradually for the very reason of not surprising anyone. Once that 0.8 appears, you've got at least an hour to make it disappear. |
| its not only about me its about the player which r not rich now i m having 70k but before i was just having 200 or 300 gold so its just for knowing when we will get workholic there is no problem in it it will just warn us that when we will get a workholic |
| Well, I would like this counter, but there is a very simple way to avoid workaholic when you are a low level. Whenever you enroll, go back to the place you just enrolled in. If this is your 10th time, then it will tell you that workaholic penalty is enabled. You have an hour to get rid of it - do a hunt or a merc quest, on low levels (upto 10, maybe even more) these shouldn't be too hard and you should be able to win either a hunt or a merc quest. |
