| It's there with a purpose. Money could be easily washed through tavern games by playing against newly created characters. To prevent such abuses, you can't play games with a stake unless you're level 3 or higher. |

mostly with atleast 40 betting
problem is not money but less player , rarely i get anyone
in betting players play seriously and no 1 leav game in mid if it is going too long and boring |

Right. Anyway, it's designed that way for a purpose. If you disagree with the purpose or not is really not so important. ;)
And, to clearify, yes, you have to be level 3 to bet money in the tavern.
