It might be because he's a level 3 buying a scythe which he can't use yet so admins got suspicious

More likely Chaosx26 was part of a network blocked at the same time.

Probably just the result of IP checking I would imagine.

There's also Chaosx24 and Chaosx27 but they havn't had any activity worth mentioning.

You'll see that Chaosx27 has the more correct notation, unsigned multi.
