Ok, try checking your browser's javascript handling settings and permissions
At worst, try reinstalling FF.

| To see if the 'problem' is with your PC, try to log in using another PC/laptop, and using different browsers in the other PC. Then you can know for sure if the problem is with your PC. |

As Takesister said it's probably JavaScript.
If you are using FF go to Tools > Options > Content and check the Enable JavaScript. If that thing is already checked then I don't know where's the problem. |
