The administartion gave me a penalty of 15000 gold sayin dat u cant get financial help from Trex
He sent me on his own will i didn't ask him he has broken d rules and i will pay for it but why?

When someone leaves the game they can't transfer everything to another person.If you'd read the rules you'd know that.
The value of what you got was probably around 15000 so you are no worse off anyway. You should get a forum ban for discussing admin decisions. I strongly recommend you read the rules. |
3.15. Large transfers for the reason of leaving the game etc. are forbidden. Presents must not exceed 10,000 gold * [Combat level of the grantor] + 250 * [Diamonds obtained by the grantor through donations] per month.

Q: I got X gold/resourses/items as a gift and
a) I don’t know this person – he just gave this stuff to me.
b) I know him – he’s my friend. But I didn’t know presents are goverened by rules (see Game rules)
c) I didn’t notice I got a gift
Why was I fined?
A: Easy come – easy go. You only lost what you received. Anything received for no reason (no description) or "dirty" reasons (received from hacked chars for example) should be sent back or to Empire. |

I am not sure how is being in hospital relevant here but:
Before I cut you off with local rule 4, https://www.lordswm.com/forum_messages.php?tid=1838991, let me explain what happened.
He broke the rules, you were the one who profited from it. So the profit is logically taken from you. Next time to avoid such situation, if someone breaks the rules to help you, return him his gold and items and you will avoid problems. In case you cannot return him anything, you can resend it to empire marked as illegal.
