| Since last Barb thread was closed, please ask all Barbarian-related questions here. | hi, wandering if anyone would mind sharing their exp here.... what is the best startegy with barbs, this includes troop ratios / recruitment, primary attribute points, talents, skills
would a demon be the next best faction should you change from barb, based on zero mana?

In my experience, barbs are all about attack. Put every point in to attack.
Talents is always battle fury when you have the points for it. I focus on the attack part of the talent wheel. If you want to use some other parts of the wheel (I advise against), if it's a choice between Morale or Luck, morale is better than luck if you are using wolves.
Recruiting is orcs first. Always get max orcs. After that, once you have hobs, but not wolf raiders, it's nearly always max hobs. Without those things to factor in, it depends on the combat.
For example. In rare occiasions you'll go max ogres and the plan is for the rocs to air mail in the ogres.
No sensible person wil tell you "have your faction exactly like this all the time" as ambuhes are differnet to hunts are different to PvP. |
