Author | Is there any way to make the following Situation legal? |
Hi
I have a strong interest in the Venomancer set, but I doubt I will have any chance to win an Auction (at best I could win 1).
However my multis have a lot more gold than my Main. So is there any way I could arrange my multis to partake in the auction, and then my main purchase the items from my multis at a later date when my main can afford the items?
My current understanding of the rules is that this can't be done, and if that is the case, well too bad for me, and I'll move on.
However there have been times where my interpretation of the rules has been different to that of the mods. So I am interested to see what a few rules experts have to say.

3.13.6. Additional characters are not allowed to buy, trade or exchange rare/set artifacts and Thieves' Guild invitations(TGIs).
Rare artifacts are any items that are not displayed in the Artifact shop and that cannot be acquired in hunt. |
3.12.</b> Bidding at the same auction lot is considered financial assist and, therefore, is also forbidden to secondary characters. |
Ah sorry, my quote is irrelevant. Slynky's explains why the events you describe would be illegal. |
i think it's possible to switch a main with an alt.
although you need to post it in your profile though. |
No worries. I thought that was the case. Thanks guys.
