I ambushed while working. When i cautch him, my boss came, i could only read mail and reply mail, i could fight because i did not want my boss to see the COMBAT. If he see the COMBAT, he will know that i play game in working hours, then i might be cut wages or lose my job. That is the reason i reply mail as " i am busy now, i have to work. Sorry".
I have tried to fight few times in that combat, i were not completely AFK.

But if you happen to be engaged in a combat against some other player respect his time and play. If you're at your computer being aware of such a combat going on and you don't play, then you're fined for a bad sportsmanship. Read the rules for Christ sake. Period.
3.16. Staged combats leading one of the parties to losing a priori will be punished for.
