will be very hard, you might level up before you reach it
you need bout 14000 exp to lvl 5, and there are 43 quests lvl 1 MG
14000/43=325 exp per quest i think you get more than 325 exp per average quest, so i don't think you can |

| if you get 325 exp or less per average MG quest then yes, it is possible. so try to avoid conspirators and armies, they give lots of exp |
