| can my brother make his third multi account when i have 3 accounts and my brother alredy have 2 accounts. so can he make his third account whit out we all risk too get blocked or something no transfers will absoulotly happen. |
Yes each person can only make 3 accounts, 1 main and 2 extras that follow special rules. state that he is your brother and his mults in your personal info too, make sure there is no illegal transfers between them and yours.

Post 2 explains it well according to the present rules.
3 accounts allowed(1 main, 2 additional) per USER. Nothing about same IP users and their limitations in the rules.
Just remember that it all has to be stated in profile. And I would rather avoid any transfers/battles between you two. |
I would also recommend being very careful about providing smithing/enchanting services between the characters.
There have been so many characters whose "brother", "sister" or other relative has provided these services at full cost for minimal skill return that the excuse is starting to run a little thin.
Although there is strictly no specific rule prohibiting it (except maybe 1.5.1), I would recommend avoiding *all* interactions between *all* the characters.
Probably the only exception is the referral link, which can be used to benefit any character, including your alternates to your main character (probably the only useful contribution an Alt can make to the main character).
