i loan 100k to him!,, he won this week 1 miljon on roulett!,, and he don't want to pay me back!,, he put me in his blacklist?,, i help him,,and now he don't want to talk to me!,,Verry sad!:S What can i do?,, thank for your help!

He should get blocked for not returning debt since it's been more than one month. Though you'll probably not get your money back. | According to rule 3.17. he won't be blocked for not repaying the loan, just fined 200k
