If i've done before the grand upgrade a weapon enchant 3x9% with only 9 elements, for the upgrade i will need only 6 more elements or the difference to 30 (30-9=21)?
I suppose the first option is correct, but can someone clearify this for me?

| Going with the second option would mean that the game bothers to keep track of when you did the enchantment. I highly doubt that. |
I think you'll need 30(10%)-24(9%)+1=7 elements.
But aren't there a preview. |

| if you have 9% and you want to convert it to 10% you have to give 2 x 7 elements. |
