| in fact, caravans depend on the faction (not its level) and while for barb they are smaller, for magic factions they are much stronger. 100% sure for .ru, checked with my barb\de |

Not here. Changing faction has no influence on number of units in caravans and level of strenght of same caravan type remains same as before switching faction. |
