Escort:
The hero first escorts the creature.
Then, he performs a direct strike to whatever unit that attacks the escorted creature. |

when your hero got his turn you can choose from your spellbook the escort ability. Then you choose a stack of your own troops, which you want to escort with your hero. This will let your hero only loose 0.5 of his turn.
After you have done that, everytime the stack which you escorted will be attacked, no matter if it still has a retal or not, your hero will strike at the attacking stack. That happens after all strikes from the units are done (attack, retal, more strikes like mino soldiers 2nd strike and alike) and each triggered escort will decrease your hero's ATB value by 0.25. ( I guess the ATB can't sink below 0) |

| Just to add some info here, that ESCORT is really important for Knights .. coz knights are the slowest in this game |

Q:when do i chose what creture is escorted
A:Then you choose a stack of your own troops, which you want to escort with your hero.
The other players can only read in the battlechat which type of creatures are escorted, but not which stack exactly, although most of the time this will be clear. (for example if there is only 1 swordsmen stack on the battlefield) |
