I can't read the enroll picture i dont know the first charachter is an e or c or what? I tried all two but it doesn't worked... What should i do now?

Go to the mine/factory right click on the code-picture, save the link address. Make your own thread in the Q&H topic and post the link there asking for help. Then others can take a look on the picture and tell you what the code is.
