Author | AP? 4 what? |
hi everyone im new here and after reading a lot of treads i still know nothing about AP (ammunition points) it seems that some weapons give ap but what are they use for? anyone can explainme please? |
Well they give you vision about your artifacts/ammunition. Many people put ''AP-limits'' to GBs, for showing what's the allowed amount of ammunition (though, those ''rules'' get easily ignored and it isn't punishable''...
And at lv5 and higher you need to wear minimum amount of APs, on lv5 = 5, on lv6 = 6 (doesn't increase +1 required one per level). |
When you reach level 5 and above, you must have a certain amount of AP to enter a combat. The only way to get your AP up to where it needs to be to fight is to were artifacts. |
so the only use they have are for entering in combats?
ooh i see tnx guys |

Nope, that isn't the main reason. Because AP is required at higher levels and it gives more stats, which makes a player more powerful than average. Some Group battles have an AP limit because they don't want any over-powered players to join. You have to have some AP when you are level 5 or higher. |
AP (Ammunition Points) is a measure of how many artifacts you have on you.
Each artifact has a number of AP (marked in its description), and your AP is the sum of all APs of all your mounted artifacts (clearly written in your inventory page).
AP-requirements or AP-restrictions are basically requirements/restrictions on how many and how strong artifacts you are wearing. |
Once you reach combat level (CL) 5, you will NEED to wear artifacts to enter/join any battle (except for certain quests and if you are ambushed, but you'll know about these in time).
If I recall correctly, at CL5, you need to wear a min of 5AP to fight. All arts have different AP to them. Generally, the more powerful the art, the more AP it has.
You can go to the Artifacts Shop to view all the arts and the associated APs.
On a side note, fighting cost gold after you reach CL5, unlike now. So I strongly suggest you enroll as much as you can to build up your gold reservoir. You will need it.. |
You will need it..
I wouldn't recommend quite as strongly as Jedi-Knight for just being able to afford min arts (the term for minimum AP needed arts). With a little planning ahead of time and consistent enrolling you can won't have problems with being able to afford min arts.
But I would strongly recommend enrolling more if you like to do other things such as (don't worry if you don't know what these are yet):
-faction switching
-TGI
-enchanted arts
-full arts |
