You probably won't get an answer to this. The chance of one of them popping up and telling you how it is, is about the same chance as that snowball hitting the sun.
However, I can tell you that regarding IP, they have better things to block for.
Regarding reading PMs, most admins in most games can. Most admins just don't read read them because the playerbase is to friggin large. (Except when they think foul play is about.) Even so, most of *that kind* of cheating goes on outside of *game-structure*. People use MSN, IRQ, Skype, whatever, or know eachother IRL and just use their vocalcords. |
| Also, keep in mind that is game uses flash. Flash is able to store some info on your machine (unless you disable that feature). Along with the plain simple browser cookies, it can be a tool to find out rule breakings. But I don't know if it is the case here. |
for IP there is multilogin.
pw transfer can be written about in profile\on forum and then sent with a prooflink to the secretary or any keeper. just you saying now 'i share pws with my gf' will be enough for a fine or a block :) as easy as this. in fact pw share is a fine for a long tongue :) |
