Eh...
This is a case for individuals.
Some would return the item or pay the right price because they realise it's a fault and want to be "fair".
Some however keep the item with the concept of "this will teach you to double and triple-check before doing anything". Because that's their sense of morale.
Some just haunts the market for price-mistakes and good bargains. Usually they're elderly women with blue hair and a purse full of coupons. They won't hesitate to bodyslam you into the pop-corn stand if they get their hands on something cheap. |
