There is no possible way in the game to transfers diamonds from accounts to other accounts
Also, they cannot be bought with regular in game gold

You are right, but since there are no such events right now and there have been only one(or two?) such tournament with diamond reward in the whole history of server, I dont use it as an answer, because it is most unlikely to happen in the future.
