I need to get ahold of someone I purchased 50 Diamonds over 5 weeks ago and have yet to receive them. I have sent messages to all admins, dealer and secretary and haven't heard a reply
Does anyone know who I talk to next?

1) you haven't purchased any diamonds, you have just being scammed.
2) you have sent messages to all the instances except to the right one - character insults. just forward the scamming mails to him for evidence. |

He claims to have purchased diamonds via paypal and not received them yet. He initially posted with his multi then jumped in to the discussion with his main. He claims to have PM'd admins, dealer, and secretary already. |

But even worse is having transfers between both accounts, you risk being fined, and or blocked. |

i was initially misled by this line I need to get ahold of someone. if you purchased diamonds via paypal, please first of all make sure the money have been discharged from your account. if yes, try to remember the date and the time of your transaction. |

Since he has done that quite a few times before, I wouldnt say "claims" and bully him for a formal mistake. If you want to report him for something, you know the proper place and form. |

I have since exchanged a couple PM's with Jager. I apologize for coming across as bullying. He seems to have a valid issue. He has his PayPal receipt which should help the admins in getting him his diamonds.
Again, apologies to Jager for coming across as overly harsh. |

I am not trying to bully him and certainly dont want to discourage the purchase of diamonds.
I have only seen 3 artifact rentals between the two accounts (plus a transfer of gold returned). In my opinion not a large enough infraction to warrant a formal topic in the proper forum.
I was just trying to inform him that ANY interactions between his accounts risks all of his accounts being fined, and possibly blocked. Hence these transactions are not worth it, especially when buying diamonds for both accounts. |
Im with Halvspak in this case especialy since there is 3rd undeclared mult called Phoenix54 also buying diamonds and having transfers with both chars.
Hes seriously risking both of mults getting banned being undeclared and having transfers between them. |
