Caps are bad etiquette here (as well as other places).
I see you have just learned to start labouring. That's the main way to earn gold in this game.
My advice
1. Be patient
2. Enrol alot.
3. Fight a a little, at least to you get gold. Realistically you will want 100,000 gold at 5th level and 200,000 gold at 8th level before building costs start to settle down.
4. Play the card game in your free time. It's fun and the luck bonus you earn will bea nice reward.
5. Alternatively buy diamonds.

| buildings are fairly cheap and part of the game, deal with it and don't use upper case letters like that |
