For guests, Estate provide faster health and mana regeneration.
Note that the bonus occurs only if you are in the same area than the Estate you rented a room in.
If you travel, the bonus occurs as soon as you move to the Estate location (ie during travel time), but is lost as soon as you leave the Estate location. |
