| for some days i was just wandering around and saw lots of people are getting blocked.of course admins have the right to do anything,but at least in old days there was a punishment named 'penalty of gold'.people lost a amount of gold instead of totally getting banned.well in this days isn't admins are a bit tight? |
| no, that is the rules. people wanna cheat then they get banned. If you havent got anything to hide this is the best thing for those of us who are honest players. We dont want cheaters getting one up on us with illegal transfers after all right? |
You know, in Germany, when some of their armies got rebellous, there was order to execute every 10nth officer, cos that way they would fear to do it again (and it worked)

I think same with elf_89, since afks get very little penalty. In general, afkers are worse than cheaters. Cheaters only destroy their own game mostly by using multiaccounts for money, etc, when afkers ruin other's fun because of their own problems....
The population of this server wouldn't maybe be so low, if cheaters would get second chance. |
well i was not talking about afks.and anybody anytime can have network/power failure/guardian(!!) problem.it can happen to any time.
but i think ya,take most of the money from the cheaters and give them last golden chance could be a good option,which will also surely increase the player numbers. |

I think the penalty should be proportional to the gravity of the offense ... I mean ...
1. you cheated a few times, you receive a gold penalty (twice as much as what you have cheated)
2. you cheated many times, you receive a huge gold penalty (twice as much you cheated + 50000 gold)
3. you cheated blatantly -> BLOCK! |
why admins have to waste time counting the cheating times, even the amount of money from illegal?

The penalty of gold was apparently not enough. Some cheaters were so highly arrogant, they were using forums and battlechat to taunt others. Something like "Ha, I cheat, so what, there is no one to block me anyway." This has changed now. They have returned to the shady pits of their own fear.
You block one cheater, you save 20 others players from having a penalty, because they simply wont risk it.
I know, easy to say when I am on the not-blocked side of this, but I guess I have nothing to be afraid of if I dont break any rules. |
those are mostly from age 10-16.they even dont know what is the rule,what is not.they r not mature enough and thats why they use this type of taunting.
In the forum i found even Master TI cheated(dont get angry Master Ti,just example)..but he was fined and now he has a clear log.not 2 mention it now he is one of the storngest player. |

Cheaters only destroy their own game
I have to disagree, Cheaters are runing the market with rising the prices, shortage in goods, hunt-records with to expensive arts, wining Tournaments, uneven PVP-fights and so on.
Beside the fact that cheaters are intentional, while afks can be unintentional.
I haven been afk as my ISP decided to disvorce me and when the card game didn't load.
Am I'm worser than an cheater that is doing a PVP-fight 3vs2 with four multies and one player that isn't knowing this. |

I believe that was not the point. The point was they took the price from fair players who didnt have enough gold to buy best arts for example. |
