He has countless amounts of tranfers from lots of different players, and he also states that he is cheating, and challenges the admins to being noobs that will not block him

That is info, my question for this topic is,
What punishment would he get, if the admins werent noobs and did care about players | 1st of all, careful on the words you use, calling admin as 'noob' wont bring you any good.
2nd, if you are complaining, use proper sub forum
3rd, you need not to know what punishment he will get. as long as you dont do the same thing like him, all you need to do is report him if you feel want to. | @Pang
