I would like to see another mixed tourney but this time just for military clan.
This would be a nice recognition from admins for all the time/gold & effort people have put into creating MCs. It would decrease the chances of afk players or players intentionally throwing battles for their own reasons and many of the other complaints about last tourney.
I would suggest the format is similar to the mixed tourney we have just just completed but with:
- Each team will comprise of randon players of all levels/factions but they will all be from the same MC.
- They will fight a balanced team (using the setting admins already created in last mixed tourney). The opposing team will be from ANY opposing MC.
- Teams will not be able to fight another team from their own clan.
- Each individual player will be able to fight 12 battles in total but over a period of 2 weeks (or maybe even a month).
I have no preference on whether artifacts lose durability or not and/or whether enchanments / non shop artifacts or Diamond upgrades are allowed. Maybe others can post their opinions on this?
Similarly I do not mind whether there are any entry fees or prizes.
The winners list could be as last tourney (by players) or by clans or whatever else is suggested or admins want.
What are other MC's members thoughts on this?
If you are not in a MC then I am sorry you would not be able to take part but think this is fair after the investment many have put into creating their clans. It would also be a good incentive to players to join a MC. |
Not a bad idea, but that would be limiting people of level 5+, and those that are only in MC. What about those that wont be in MC or can't be in MC ?

Only people above level 5 were allowed in the event tourney also.

My suggestion was for only MCs as if it was ANY clans then we would have just a re-run of the tourney we just had or people complaining they could not fight as they were in too many clans, etc.
I was thinking of this as some sort of gesture from the admins to show that MCs had not been forgotten and to give them a chance to fight together with a purpose which will be good preparation for any other MC only events or wars in the future.

Some people are neutral by choice which is fair enough but they would need to decide whether they wanted to remain so or not.
I am sure some clans would allow them to join temporarily though I cant decide if this is good or not. In fact if there was a good prize it might enourage some sort of mercenary services for a fee??? not sure on all this and it would probably need a some more discussion if admins take this idea seriously. It would probably not be to hard to program a "you need to have been a clan member for x weeks to take part" |
I think it is a great idea...because MOST MCs have quality members--ie people that aren't cheaters.
Open to all = open to all cheaters too. MCs could be penalized if their clan mates are cheats, etc. I am all for that :) |
Nice viewing Limus, it is true that MC can actually rejects cheaters. Nice thinking.
Also, that could leave a place for the mercenaries, which could be checked before being hired ! |
| I like the idea of recognizing military clans. But maybe to make it a little fairer all players could participate but military clan members get a button that would get them on a team with fellow military clan members. |
