| Depends on who you might be facing frequently. If you face wizards or magic-using monsters frequently, then arcane protection is better along with your "resistance" talent. For everything else, u do a comparison on the price and the durability. Plus, your swords can be easily owned by spells by wizards at your levels so having arcane protection would be better. The other one maybe suitable for some hunts? |

If you don't know who will be your opponent, then Composite bow is better. If you will have wizard or magic DE on the opposite side, then bring cape of arcane protection. |
well... cape isn't usefull when facing non-magic-users. so then it's a waste of money and space for arts.
bow is always useful.
also you can put weapon-enchants on a bow, very good way to enhance damage if you already have your sword enchanted.
i would go for the bow, probably even when facing magic users.
except: knowing that you'll face a magic user and using cape AND barrier talent... else the benefit from cape alone is just to small. |
It really depends. If in a group battle with wizards, cape is definitely better. The wizard will see your protection and then throw lightening and fireball at other players.
If in a hunt or mercenary, usually bow is better. Especially when you're maxing xbow, then bring along the bow too. |
