hi =)
after seeing many people going afk in or before groupe battles, i believe 1 hour -2 luck is not the penatly needed.
i think there should be an afk counter and after 5 afks in groupe battles (merched hunts excluded) these people should be excluded from any kind of groupe battle, be it a common battle or a tournament battle.
maybe that would help keeping their attention to the game after signing up.
the exclusion would not have to be permanent, maybe just a week for first time, a month for second time, permanent for the third time.

But the afk counter should reset or go down by 1 every:
a.) 10 (or some other #) battles without an afk
b.) every week (or some other duration) without an afk | this is way unrealistic, this means you are going to punish someone if their internet failed a few times = no PvP anymore... this will never-ever work... sorry, but that is so unreal
if you are tired of the afker's I'd advice you to lvl some more, especially at my lvl there are rarely one who goes afk (once a month or so, top)
so it all depends on how easy it is to get to your lv, | i agree with pantheon... that would balance it out a bit.
no way some1 would lose connection so frequently long enough to forfeit a battle. |
