Hi,
some friends and I think that a week (or even less) isn't long enough for the special tournaments (non-survival). Right now there is the minor tournament. You can fight 12 times and each fight can take up to 2 hours time. So that's something of 20 hours that you invest in the tournament. This means at least 2 battles per day.
I think that for a lot of people it's difficult to do those 2 battles (or more) per day. First of all, you have to keep in mind that most players are not able to play every day. Or at least are not able to free a space of 2 hours that they can invest in a battle. So, this means that in reality, most players probably only have 3 days in a week on which they can do battles for the tournament.
Now with this tournament there is also another problem, you can't play it with a 'new' faction. Many people are trying to get their skillpoints up in a new faction and have set a goal for that, before they want to change back. For me this goal at the moment is to get to knight 2, then switch back to demon and do the tournament. That will be tomorrow, but this means I already lost 3 days of the tournament since I couldn't join as knight. So I still have 4 days left to fight, of which I'll be busy most of the time. I think if I can get 6 battles it will be a lot.
So, what is my proposition. Very simple: give us 2 weeks to fight in the special tournaments. This gives a chance to people who are busy for a few days this week, people who are on holidays and people who just generally have a busy life the chance to fight their battles.

thats easily 4 hours a day you have to play to complete the tournament.
