There have been multiple TGI scams recently. I just want to share my experience here.

Someone may send you a private mail, saying that he would like to sell you a TGI with a price much cheaper than the market. He may explain that he exchanged the TGI with his diamond, so you couldn't find the TGI record in his transfer log. In the meanwhile, he may also say that he couldn't transfer the TGI to you because that TGI was exchanged with diamond. Please note that this is a SCAM.
Hopefully none will be cheated in the same way in the future. |

And for those who dosent know what's a TGI..its a Theif Guild Invitation(TGI).
and since TGI are very expensive somone who chech other transfer logs are not common to being cheated.

I read about the nobodiez incident.
yes, you can say it's his fault for not checking the logs etc before transferring the gold, but still, I wouldn't be surprised if he's so devastated that he lost all his hard-earned gold that he leaves the game. It would be a real pity really.
I suggest any mods reading this should write to this 'lady' and give her an ultimatum - return the gold or be banned permanently. Even we, as non-mods, should write to her and attempt (not sure if it'll work though) to shame her and hopefully, she comes to her senses and return the gold.
Don't really know nobodiez at all, never talked, but have seen him in forums, and he seems to be an law-abiding(?) active player, so it'll be a real pity if he leaves the game coz of this.
Maybe some of us who can afford it can start some kind of fund raising (if the mods can't get the lady to return the gold after 1-2 weeks) and though we may not raise the full amount, at least soften the blow for him. I'll gladly start with 5-10k if anyone is to take the initiative to start the fund-raising. |

Sounds great... I guess mods should do that to every scammer and cheater out there right? I myself, lost over 50k gold and a TGI. It's too bad the rules basically say "tough luck" to the victims and the lack of admin involvement just makes things even worse.

I've read and responded to nobodiez posts in the forums for a while, but I wouldn't call him "law-abiding", at least not in the past.
While I do sympathize with nobodiez despite him not being careful enough (not checking player TG, LG, and transfer logs) and preemptively sending gold to an offline player who should have transferred the TGI to nobodiez with the built-in game transfer/payment option, nobodiez isn't what I would call a truly honest player.

I remember reading about other CAA topics other players made related to this since I obviously wasn't able to dig everything out.
So while players are donating to help nobodiez out, I would ask them to pause for a second. While I'm not going to donate to nobodiez, I did try to help him out by answering his questions and PM'ing Warnra about the incident. Warnra basically kept denying any knowledge of nobodiez and also keeps insisting that she does have a TGI. |

Hmmm... didn't know that, but looking at transfer logs, there are some 'fishy' transactions but not sure if it's concrete proof enough to say those were his multis. As long as it's below 30% rule, and >>> IF <<< it's not 1 of his multis, it's no rules break, right?
Anyway, my apology if my post got some to donate so generously. If it's found gthat he has violated gthe rules, and not deserving of help, I'll gladly pay back those players the gold they have transferred. (Just write me a PM and I'll do that).

| Ya i have broken staged combat in the pat but got pentalized for it and havnt done it sence... I have no multis some files croos IP with me becaus alot of my friends and family also play this game from all donations or money donated none has ever crossed the 30% so nothing was illegal... Look how many different ip i play from... Of course im not gonna b the only one with that Ip.. But i am an honest player i made bad judgment in the past but thats the past and i was already fined for staged combat... I appriciate what u guys are trying 2 do.. and also dont call me a cheater or an un honest person, unless its illegal 2 get ut friends in the game... i have never been rude or anything 2 anyone |

Please note that I never called you a cheater or an un honest person. I only said isn't what I would call a truly honest player and all posts I've made in the CAA forum are for 'fishy' transactions that are not properly labelled as they should be. If your family and friends wish to give your gifts or vice versa, please remember to properly label them as such because not only do game rules require it, but these transfers would look fishy and get you reported. I've already seen many posts in the CAA with you or your friends and family in them. |
