Authorsaving up for TGI
hey everybody i have reached level 8 and realized i need to try ambushing cause i am getting bored with the other stuff. but it costs a lot of cold, and i cannot donate, so any tips or hints for how to get that much gold fast? i have stopped playing in the tavern cause all i did was piss money away. no roulette either. ideas?
log in codes for work as often as possible. Win one battle a day to avoid labor penalty--preferably a merc mission that can get you some elements to sell. Do nothing else.

HAVE FUN :S
Pretty much what LS said.

Here's a few ways to earn extra income:

But the main income is from enrolling.
Good luck!

By the time you have 500k,the prices of TGI will have gone up to 700k.
Dude! U must stop your smithing activity
Hmmm .... Stop smithing and try to enroll more with target : 350 LG points per month .. u should make it like a work activity .. then u can have urself enroll
ok thanks guys no more smithing lots more enrolling if any of you have to much gold i would be happy to help lol jk
to Pantheon:what do you expect us to understand the meaning of LS....

Malz is right, you can never catch up with the growth of price
just checked your transfer log. seems to be you use hunter / master hunter / great hunter items, that you loot, yourself.
its better for gold, to sell em on market, and do all battles with min ap with shop artefacts only. you can count it yourself in gold. for shop arts you get some back after using, hunter items are worthless after they are down to 0 dura. and shop artefacts gives more ap then hunter items, and they also have more ap on em.
selling those hunter items helped me a lot, to get my tgi.

In my case was not true. When TGI costed 300k and still possible to rent them, I almost had the money. They changed rules. Prices rose to 400k. I almost gave up, posted on forum, many ppl encouraged to keep on.
(Instead of just enrolling, I made hunting and MG, too, otherwise it was too boring, always with min ap. But this slowed up things a bit)
When I almost had the money again prices were close to 500k. Selling all I had and with some small loans I managed to get one at last. Fully enjoying it now.
I'm level 6. When I had 100k, the TGI was around 350k and seemed an easy target. But when I reached 250k gold, the TGI was already 400-450k. Finaly when I got around 450-470k, the TGI was about 530-550k. Someone offered one for 516k, I took a loan, and got it. I guess without the loan, I would've never had enough money for it in time.

LS is short for limustudotcom

It is entirely possible to buy your TGI if you didn't switch factions and only kept to using min arts. Many players bought it with their own gold even when prices were over 600k. Yes, that's right, 600k. Prices used to be much higher before they dropped to the 300k prices. Like hunting and thief arts prices go up and down.
its not worth paying 600k for a tgi- ill simply just watch other people play :p
just sell all arts you get from hunts, enroll every hour and dont do roulette.
If you ll use min arts for everything you ll gain like 100 k a month MINIMUM

its not worth paying 600k for a tgi
its definitely worth it, without a TGI its almost impossible to reach level 12 and higher unless you do lots and lots of PvP

Some of you who question about whether it's worth it to buy a TGI might have missed a important point -

You are not saving up to buy a TGI.. you are merely 'depositing your gold in a bank' when you buy a TGI, that mostly likely will increase in price when u get back a TGI at TG5. And when you sell it back to the market, you will probably get back more than what you paid for it. So it's probably 1 of the best investment one can make.
It's not worth paying 500k for a TGI from a guy that payed 100k max (2 items, 1500 gold per day or other ways). Just look at the players that are selling their TGI, almost all of them are TG 2 (old method the get the TGI) that is not fair.

I will buy a TGI but I will buy it from a high TG lvl player.

Best regards,
Xata
and you think people with a high TG will sell their TGI to a random stranger (you) for much cheaper than the market price?

oh lol so hilarious

Heck,I can't even get 2000 exp to save my life!!!I am so close to lvl 8!!

right strategy often leads to making the right choice and doing the right thing ;}

agree with Jedi-Knight that you can look at buying a TGI like a bank deposit because in lowm there are simply no opportunities to invest such cash in with a future profit. also don't forget the 5 thief arts one receives by reaching TG5.

another point of view though is that if you got already bored from the battles in lowm, thief ambushes will variegate your life a bit only until TG2-3. after that... doubtfully. it is not an alternative to a good 2v2 or 3v3 group battle with sensible players.

third point of view (which refers mostly to .ru) is that TGI's prices will go down after the promised introduction of the new guild - an alternative to MG and TG, but i doubt anyone believes this could be a fact in the near future.
for post #1

how to get that much gold fast?

Be patient. Enrolling, enrolling & enrolling!

This game is a mirror of the real life - you can't get everything right now, without your efforts!
