No It's not the only way, you can buy it from the facility.
Look at the workshift ending time:
Workshift ends at: 06:20 for the mine ore in the great capital. So when the server clock is at 6:20 make sure you are at the ore pit and if you are quick, you will be able to buy a lot of ore. |
