1st player let another player to play from multi is it allowed

in our game we have such players
i found one of them
1st player let another player play and another players gives him 300000 gold to allow him to play
when i asked to second player he replied
he is my friend let me play with his multi sometime so as friend i donates golds to his clan so that he can millitarized the clan .
