Lvl 1 - 4 = No need AP , means no need any weapon to fight
Lvl 5 - At leats need a weapon or artifact with 5 AP.
Lvl 6 - At leats need a weapon or artifact with 6 AP.
Lvl 7 & 8 - At leats need a weapon or artifact with 8 AP.
Lvl 9 - 14 - At leats need a weapon or artifact with 9 AP. |

when u wearing no art but you travel to different location and you ambushed by real player...yes it is a battle without art |
| Or when you do a delivery quest: you can fight brigands without arts. |
