How do you make hotels (or buy them)? In Empire's transfer log she also bought many work places like ore pits crystal caverns and sawmills. Is this possible to any other players?

No other players cannot buy mines and working facilities . Acc. To news , these facilities may be leased out to military clans during war time but nothing more .
Players can trade in estates - property that can be used to recover faster and store artifacts . |

Empire is a technical character, her log serves mostly as a memory how the server has developed. |
