What do you do when somebody owes you money ?
ask the gold back, and if he wont, tell him you will report him and he will be fined twice as much.
If he still does not return the loan, report him.

But make sure that doesnt happen. Giving loans to unknown/random people is a bad idea. Only give loans to good friends that you trust next time.
3.13.1. Additional characters are not allowed to loan, lend or borrow any game valuables.
ok thanks ^^
But where and how do you report someone ?

Make sure you are familiar with this rule:

3.17. The Administration does not take responsibility for the unreturned debts and does not guarantee compensation in case of swindling by other players. When a loan is not returned in time, (the time must be written in the transfer logs, no more than a month) the swindler will be imposed a penalty of a sum twice as much. If the term isn't posted in the transfer logs, the penalty will occur 1 month after the loan transaction. The creditor does not get compensation.

Yes, lending gold to an unknown 'beggar' is a bad idea. One such dishonest person begged for me to loan him 19,000 gold promising he would pay it back in one day. I felt sorry for him but only lent him 1,000 for 3 days. That was almost a month ago and he still hasn't repaid me. I've written him several times but get no reply.

I know it's only 1,000 gold but still, very dishonest and poor sportsmanship. His Transfer Log is full of loans. How long should I wait to be repaid?
Just to be safe, loan to the people you really trust, cause once you're cheated, there's no other way to get your money back. The player will only will be fined twice as much.
