| Hi guys, I am in a battle of the torunament and have mana recovery as one of talents but it is not working, could you tell me why? |

its not a bug, same thing as in third survival tournament and in all other future survival tournaments.
it is supposed to be like that. |
| supposed where?, is there anywhere a post or rule or forum where this is stated clearly? on the contrary it is not fare, players must be aware of limitation in tournaments |
