actually, it doesn't always attack the nearest creature.
In the throne battle, i had a gated cave demon stack blocking a dark sybils stack.
the dark sybils attacked and trigerred frenzy. On the cave demons next turn, instead of attacking the sybils, he moved 3 squares back and attacked my pit demons.

Hm. I guess this spell is not the same as HoMM5's Frenzy. It actually makes the sibyl's Shadow Whip ability more useful, since after the whip attack, the sibyl would most likely be the "nearest" creature. In HoMM5, I've always thought this is the worst spell to cast on an enemy while standing next to it.
Has anyone seen this spell in a group battle? |
