I have experienced this 3 times in the past with games that I greatly enjoyed. Each time I have been briefly saddened, but ultimately moved on and in time found another game to spend my time on. If the game were to shut down tomorrow, I'd still consider my time here well spent, since I got a lot of enjoyment out of it and met some very interesting people.
I'm old enough to have learned that nothing lasts forever... learn to enjoy things while they last, but just as importantly, learn to let go and move on when the time comes. I doubt many of us, on our deathbeds, will regret not spending enough time on LoWM ;-) |
