Here is what my full opinion on the issue:
1. I played illegally about 1 month ago when I first join the game and yet understand certain game rules.
2. After I knew the rules, I abandoned the illegal multis. My other multis are all "clean" now. In the previouse 1 month, I promised that I obey all the rules.
3. I have seen toooooo many illegal transfers and illegal battles (multis played in the same battle). Yet as long as I know, none of them has been really blocked. 99% of them, even after exposed, have never stop their illegal behaviours.
(You can check the forum yourself and find how many of the exposed players are blocked. I have exposed several of them as well. So I notice that.)
4. As a result of point 3, I highly doubt the fairness of the game world.
5. (To player HeartBreakkid if you are reading this)
You are really a cute kid :) Are you trying to blackmail me? I am telling you this: if I am abandoned, fine, I deserve it. And I will quite, cuz many more who did worse are playing on well without punishment.
If you think I am wrong, use any "power" you have to let me blocked. But remember, I also doubt blackmailing is under the rule of the game. And for me, I'd rather be blocked than blackmailed by you :) And once you successful block me, I can be more sure that it is really a "fair" game world!

Check the last log-outs of these 2 illegal ones. It's around 1 month ago, which means I have abandoned them and stopped illegal issues after that. |

In all, please notice that I am not arguing that I did not break the rules.
What I am trying to say is that I am astonished that so many illegal players are not punished while I, who have stopped illegal behaviour for a month, received such a "joking" blackmail!

abandon multi doesnt make sense either. those resources you get still have to return to the multi or donate to Empire to make yourself 'clean'.

dont give lame excuse to argue that 'just because other did that, so why cant i do the same'; since you prefer to follow some rules, try this: 'many of us didnt did that, why cant you just follow?'
cheater is still a cheater; no matter what case you are in. btw, cheater wont be tolerated. perhaps the sweeper havent finish other cases until get you. but, he will get you; just the matter of time.
