I do not know why you sent me a private mail to this link, but anyways here is my research:
There is NO indication that Royal-Knight had any transaction with you amounting to 9000 gold, as shown in your own transfer log. I advise you to not falsely accuse anyone nor spam anyone's mailbox. Advice for your own good.
