Tavern drink adds 2AP I think so I don't see why a potion of luck wouldn't add any AP, but as said already it would annul the gamblers guild a bit, and as for it being cheap? 2 luck is devastating, it would have to be expensive, not cheap in my opinion.
Also I don't really class a potion/drink as an 'artifact', it is more of a 'consumable' and I would personally rather have other things that would add more content to the game before something as trivial as a potion to add 2 luck. We already have things for luck, amulet of luck for example, as well as tavern drink. |

Need artifacts what could be bought with diamonds like:
Sword of diamond:
cost like this (15000k + some recources + 2 diamonds)
also this sword could be sold on market :)
Then all players will have chance to buy it and players could gain more from 1 diamond ;) |
