1. What is an IRC?

Now I can write what I want to do. 3 days ago i created channel #lordswm on IRC QUAKENET, we got Q on channel (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QuakeNet about Q in Services) so the channel is stable.
3. Why IRC, why not game chat, forum, skype czat or something else?
IRC program You can get for all platforms like Windows(tested), Linux(tested), Mac and even there are clients for phone (tested), I know that there is www client too but I didnt test it yet.
From years most of online gamers had IRC to communicate with other gamers. Still its working great. IRC client takes almost nothing from system resources not like other like skype. Its easy interface, and much more powerfull than all named at question, plus many themes from nnscript.
4. Why it should work and what is the meaning of IRC channel?
First: communication, easy, fast, and You can ask questions there about the game, interface, talents or weapons, people who hasnt account yet can ask questions too, it would be very easy to find help for hunt or group battles so it will get us more fun, play and players online (clanwars,nation clanwars etc)it will be easy cause nick will apear like "dziadu[12] so nick and lvl in brickets
Second: its a free advertise, where we can find players if not in gaming quakenet the biggest gaming chat in the world...then were?
Third: why it should work? cause on our server .com there are >1000ppl on server online, if 200 will get IRC then it will be very good at start! more fun, less complaining about admins inactivity and more time for them to improve something, channel with >200ppl is very attractive for other players or even sponsors and players often check big channels to see what there is so good, why there are so many ppl
Fourth: flood, bad words, moderators
the channels is fully moderated like in the game forum or chat, there will be several ppl to moderate it, I think some of chat moderators could help, we cant have it much cause they have to know the basics, now I have op and friend from game Ahnazar. btw there is statistic bot nordicbot, who will help to moderate channel and automaticly remove ppl who flood etc
Fifth: there is an easy way to create clan channels like #183 channel or #polishelite or else, there can be created #clan-leaders so the leaders can organise what ever they want matches, group fights, nations fights, tourneys of game or cards, and it will not take much resources of our computer!
In two days I tested how fast ppl can join, and I tested it on clan 183, and many of active players are using IRC now, so If I would post in good place on forum and talk with other clan leaders or something then it will be great
I know that Litwin, friend from #Polish Elite is making tutorial for a game, now its still in work progress but its in 2 languages, so will gain more players from our country for expample, and if there will be anyone who would like to help from Germany or France, Spain there will be more and more ppl on our .com server www.lordswm.org is the site
More ppl more donations, we all know it, maybe You got a banner of game that some players can add it to their sites, its a chance to get more popular, cooperation

but why don`t you just use a normal chat channel | | cause its much better, much more moderated, just join IRC then You will see why, day after day we got more players on IRC channel, btw this can be advertise as i wrote for a game, talking about how to help is not much, we need to do something | | I don't really like the in game chat, the way it is implemented is kind of kludgy and breaks some browser navigation. | | We got one Already :S | dont write that in game chat is the same as IRC....You dont know what is IRC so why You are posting here like MasterTI. this kind of answers is exactly why i hate subjectively moderated channels.
If somebody asks or says something in the wrong way, he gets flamed, booted, thrown out badly..
If the channel creator start with so little patience, i fear the idea is doomed already to became a bad copy of this forum, where every moon somebody start complaining about moderation, giving a bad feeling to all and starting a war.. and on IRC it can get much worse than on this forum.

You cant tell about it much "If somebody asks or says something in the wrong way, he gets flamed, booted, thrown out badly.. " cause You were never on channel. Moderated means not only that there will be bans for any opinion
