I'm not a Mod, but I don't think that tinyboy or tinygirl are likely to be penalised simply for their activity in this battle. After all tinygirl did attack (even if it would have made more sense to attack tinyboys archers).
However if you examine tinygirls or tinyboys transfer log, you can find other rule breaches that, combined with battle activity, may result in a game rule breach and likely penalty.
Perhaps you should report it in "Complaints and applications - Finance and others", but check first to see if anyone else has made a similar complaint.

in everyone for oneself that would not forbidden to not kill each others, and you can cooperate with others to get rid one of the player or whatever.
but about multi join in one group battle with main, it would be forbidden.... ;D |
