| For necro cost of concentration is 66 points and maximum is 55 so i think on that side of the wheel talents should cost less points ( for example 9 ) | | No strengthen, weaken any faction. But you could say eachlevel you get 8 points or something. | there would be more higher levles maybe then u may use it.
