| Yes, you sell them to filities that uses steel to produce the artifact. However, if the facility has no gold, or it already has the maximum amount of steel it can keep, you won't be able to sell it to that particular facility |

There is no way to sell it to another player or even give it to another player.
The only way is to sell leather, steel and magic powder to the facilities. |
