So hopefully, this is doing it correctly since moderator Kotrin felt it was not when he erased the application for Admin support with little regard for it.
This is an official Application for Admin support, so that my clan can be in full compliance with the rules since the leadership of #153 League of Shadows has interpreted the rules believing that they do not take into consideration the 30% cap mentioned in the general rules in regards to gifts/transfers between players.
Areas where we may be at fault if this is in fact a violation, are the clan membership fees (it was 1,000 in the past, then it was 2,000 after that, and recently was upped to 5,000 gold); clan donations for the battle clan upgrade (fully documented on our clan roster, every 1P is equivalent to 1,000 gold, so that may help you with your tracking); and any/all clan donations prior to this with the purpose of providing all sorts of Smith incentives (Enchants and Repairs).
We volunteer to this admin audit if it is necessary. The clan treasury does have enough to cover any/all necessary refunds should any be required after the audit. The Clan currently owns one thief's guild invitation that was paid for via clan taxes in the past, and donations. We also own a portion of another thief invitation where each time it is leased, I compensate player cawboy depending on the terms of the lease. His taxes were deferred during this time, so he does in fact owe the clan a substantial sum that will be taken out of his TGI if/when he formally sells the remainder of it to the clan in full. Further, the clan treasury owns an enchanted Thief dagger donated by No1, there is a reference to how we acquired this on the forums (I can provide the link later if it is needed) and there is evidence of this transfer on his log and our clan page.
