There are many blocked accounts and many inactive accounts. It would be beneficial to wipe blocked accounts and accounts for at least 6 months off of the server.
This will benifit because it will.
1. Allow more name possibilities when creating an account
2. Allow more server space and memory

should be 6 month without an appeal, otherwise some accounts were banned wrong (i.e. forgetting to note it when you pay back someone for a TGI rental, and admins get quick with their banhammers) and admins don't get to them and they get deleted wrongly |
