I believe it is possible if you bring full hunter set. You would also stand a bigger chance if the lizards were in less stacks.

If there are 2 or 3 use this setup. It will only save you 1 turn while you could have used your one turn to weaken the enemies. AI targets Imps first unless he can take down lots of demons in one hit. Use Imps to take retal like he did. Thats it and its all about luck really..
